1965 – 1966 – teacher of the discipline "Aesthetic education" in Minsk vocational schools No. 25 and No. 36.
1967 – 1970 – postgraduate student of the Department of Marxist-Leninist Aesthetics of the Faculty of Philosophy of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
1970 – 1995 – lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute (now BNTU) – philosophy, aesthetics, ethics.
1970 – 1980 – Deputy Dean of the BPI Faculty of Energy for work with foreign students.
1988 – 1991 – Head of the 1st Interuniversity Department of Philosophy of Culture, Ethics, Aesthetics of Minsk (technical universities) – philosophy of culture, cultural studies, aesthetics).
1995 – Vice-rector for Scientific Work at the Non-governmental Academy of Parliamentarism and Entrepreneurship (philosophy, aesthetics).
1996 – 2002 – Head of the Department.
